Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation:
A security bond of $500 will also be required with final balance payment to cover Marlin Beachfront property for any damage, loss or breakages caused by the guests and breach of the following. Breach of any conditions will result is loss of your security bond and possible eviction.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the resort is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then the 10% initial deposit will be kept for administrative costs.
Number of Guests must not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Celebrations of any nature need to be authorized by management upon making the booking. Sorry we do not allow Schoolies groups, 18th or 21st Birthdays. The price charged is for holiday accommodation use only. Parties and functions require prior approval and special conditions will apply including extra charges. Breach of this condition may result in the immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
Breakages or Damage- Damage and breakages to Marlin Beachfront property must be reported to management and the client is liable to reimburse Marlin Beachfront for replacement, repair, loss or extra cleaning costs on demand. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
‘Ocean View Large Stay’ – A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure the booking. Deposits can be made by credit card (Visa / MasterCard) or by direct debit into our account. A further 40% non-refundable deposit is required at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Both deposits must be group deposits and not individual payments.
‘Ocean View Suites’ – Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Billiard Table- is for use by adults only. Any damages to felt or ceiling is guests responsibility.
Fireplaces- All fires for warmth or personal comfort are banned on Total Fire Ban days. Solid and liquid fuel barbeques are also banned on Total Fire Ban days. Please do not dispose of any rubbish is fireplaces.
WIFI- We have unlimited Wi-Fi which is dependent on Starlink satellite performance.
Departure – the property must be left in the same state/condition as it was on arrival. Check-out time is by 10am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. A late checkout fee will apply if the premises are not vacated on time. Before departure all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and put away, and the BBQ must be clean. The entire property must be left in a clean and tidy condition, free of litter. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were when you arrived. All outdoor equipment and games to put back in the designated areas.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental. NO amplified music is allowed. Music can be played at a reasonable level so it cannot be heard on the nearest boundary and must be OFF by 11pm. If security is called in this will be charged to the guests and will affect the security bond.
